1) Return and Refund terms should been discussed with customer.

2) Based on customer discussion, we will provide the Refund or Return.

3) Customer will generate a Refund within 10 days from the date of goods Receiving. After, within 15 days will send the money to customer Account

4) If customer want to Replace the product, also will Replace the Products in within 15 workdays
